Next Level Events
A Dallas nightlife brand site with Sanity CMS and automated event syncing from four venue platforms.
Complete redesign for a Dallas house music events company, from Wix to Next.js. The site pulls events automatically from Speakeasy, Eventbrite, SILO Dallas, and Posh on hourly cron jobs, merges them with Sanity-managed content, and presents everything in a dark, atmospheric UI built for the nightlife scene.

The Problem
The client was manually posting events to a Wix site while running multiple shows per week across several Dallas venues. Every event meant logging into Wix, copy-pasting details, and hoping nothing got missed. When you're juggling four venue platforms, that falls apart fast.
The Solution
A Next.js rebuild with Sanity CMS for editorial content and GitHub Actions scraping four venue platforms every hour. Generated JSON snapshots merge with hand-curated Studio events at build time. VIP signups route to Google Sheets, contact forms go through Web3Forms, and the whole thing deploys to Vercel with ISR revalidation on webhook.
Interesting Details
- •Hourly automated event syncing from Speakeasy, Eventbrite, SILO Dallas, and Posh via GitHub Actions
- •Sanity CMS with webhook-triggered ISR revalidation for instant content updates
- •VIP signup pipeline writing to Google Sheets through server routes
- •Multi-brand architecture with venue-specific filtering and market-aware display labels
- •Brand-aware ingestion rules (allowlist matching for Sunset Sessions, DNB Sessions, etc.)
- •Deep validation cron that cross-checks live sources against snapshot retention daily
