Rebuilt my family's real estate website from WordPress to Next.js with 1,300+ property images.

The old WordPress site was slow, hard to optimize, and limited what we could do with SEO. Every change required fighting with plugins, and the site speed scores were embarrassing for a business trying to look professional.

The Solution

Modern Next.js rebuild with custom image optimization, 12+ schema.org types for rich search results, and a TypeScript blog engine. Edge deployment means fast loads anywhere, and I can actually make changes without dreading it.
