Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Little Moments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Little Moments grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the app to document and preserve memories of your family.

You retain all rights to the photos, notes, letters, voice recordings, tracking entries, baby profile data, milestones, and other content you create within Little Moments.

Depending on the features you use, your content may be stored locally on your device and synced or processed through Apple iCloud, CloudKit, Firebase, notification services, and related app services for backup, restore, family sharing, voice invites, notifications, and app functionality.

Little Moments may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime purchases, free trials, and other premium offers through Apple's StoreKit and App Store systems.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Pricing, renewal, refund, cancellation, billing, and restore-purchase terms are governed by Apple's App Store purchase flow and your Apple account settings.

You agree to use Little Moments only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the app in a way that could damage, disable, impair, abuse, or interfere with the app, related services, or another person's use.

You may delete individual content in the app and may use the in-app delete account flow to clear local app data and supported synced CloudKit records.

Deleting the app removes the local app copy from that device, but it may not remove all synced, purchase, backup, Firebase, Apple, or service records. Some records remain subject to Apple, Firebase, CloudKit, App Store, or other service retention practices.

Little Moments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every feature will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Moments and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, memories, media, purchases, or access.

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Review the Privacy Policy for current data handling details.
