Purchase and Subscription Help
Purchases, subscriptions, free trials, refunds, cancellations, and restore purchases are handled through Apple. In the app, use Restore Purchases if premium access is missing after reinstalling or switching devices.
For billing, refund, cancellation, or Apple account questions, use Apple's App Store purchase and subscription management tools.
iCloud, Family Sharing, and Restore Help
Little Moments uses iCloud and CloudKit for sync, restore, and family sharing. If sync or restore is not working, confirm that iCloud is enabled on the device and that you are signed into the expected Apple account.
Family sharing data depends on CloudKit sharing invitations and access to the shared family zone. If a share is revoked or unavailable, the app may ask you to restore, join with a share link, start fresh, or delete account data.
Data Deletion Requests
Use the in-app delete account flow when you want to clear local app data and supported synced CloudKit records. You can also delete individual memories, milestones, tracking entries, and voice messages where those controls are available.
For help with deletion questions, email SanchezTheCoder@gmail.com and include "Little Moments Data Request" in the subject.
Family Voice Links
Family voice invitations use a web link so relatives can record a message without installing the app. If a link fails, ask the sender to create a fresh invitation from the app and verify that the recipient has microphone access enabled in their browser.
